Canpay solutions Ltd offers the payment methods presented through our secure checkout. Depending on the order and payment provider, available card options may include:

Transaction Currency

Our product prices are generally displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

If you use a card or account that operates in another currency, your bank or card issuer may convert the transaction according to its own exchange rate and may charge additional fees.

Completing a Payment

After you submit an order, the selected payment method may be checked and authorized by the relevant payment provider and financial institution.

Depending on the circumstances, a transaction may be approved, declined, or temporarily placed in a pending or authorization status.

Orders can proceed through fulfillment after the required payment authorization has been completed.

Canpay solutions Ltd does not ask customers to provide complete card numbers, card security codes, PINs, or passwords through regular email or customer-support communications.

Please do not send sensitive payment credentials to us by email.

Accurate Billing Details

Please make sure your billing name, billing address, email address, and other required payment information are accurate when completing checkout.

If the information provided cannot be verified by the payment provider, the transaction may be declined, delayed, or require additional verification.

Payment Review

Transactions may be reviewed through automated payment-security and fraud-prevention processes.

We may decline, hold, or cancel an order when a payment cannot be properly authorized or when there is a reasonable concern regarding unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, or transaction security.

If payment has already been captured for an order that is subsequently cancelled, any applicable refund will be returned using the original payment method.

Taxes and Order Total

Where required by law, applicable sales tax is calculated and collected during checkout.

Before you submit your payment, the checkout page will display the applicable product charges, taxes, shipping charges, and total amount due.

Cancelling a Paid Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly after placing it.

We may be able to process a cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, the applicable return and refund procedures will apply.

Refund Handling

Refund requests are processed according to our Refund Policy.

For an approved refund, the applicable amount is generally returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and approved.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds in your account.

Pending Payment Status

Your bank or payment provider may temporarily show an authorization or pending transaction after an order is submitted.

A pending amount does not necessarily mean that a final payment has been completed. The release or completion of an authorization is controlled by the applicable payment provider or financial institution.

If you notice an unexpected payment status, believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, or have a question about a refund, please contact our support team.

When possible, provide your order number and relevant transaction information. For security reasons, do not provide your complete card number or security code.
